Had no choice but to have my car towed to this dealership after emitting smoke from the tail pipe. 2024 Wrangler with 14,000 miles on it. I asked for a loaner or rental and was told they had no availability of either and I would have to go through Stellantis to try to get one approved on my own. NO HELP AT ALL. I HAVE NEVER FELT LESS IMPORTANT TO A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. When they finally diagnosed the issue, it was an overfilling of oil from my last oil change, which took place at ANOTHER CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. Then I had to pay $350 to get my car out of hock at Walser. The other dealership reimbursed me. This was a horrible, inconvenient, frustrating experience and I will let everyone I know how this Jeep experience went. You all promise great service when we consumers are spending $60,000 vehicles, until you actually have to use those services due to a mechanical issue, where a consumer then finds out the real deal, you don’t matter.
