While the service itself was fine and the service personnel were friendly and professional, there was a considerable amount of miscommunication resulting in an added cost to me. Due to overnight serv personnel were friendly and professional, there was a considerable amount of miscommunication resulting in an added cost to me. Due to overnight service a rental was arranged to be ready on drop off. Whoever was responsible for making the reservation failed to do so and I had to return in the evening for the drop off. Since it was later in the afternoon the agent was working with earlier was out. Somehow he never knew I dropped off the car until the next day which added another day to rental cost. This was a bit frustrating. More

Well my car was damaged in their care and they did fix bumper but not upper part where it was also damaged. I thought it was because my bumper had previous damage on right side so they figured giving me n bumper but not upper part where it was also damaged. I thought it was because my bumper had previous damage on right side so they figured giving me new bumper would call it good. But when I got home my husband was mad and wanted me to call them because the job wasn’t complete and he didn’t care about my previous bumper damage. He said just because I had previous bumper damage it didn’t give them an excuse to not fix all of the damage they did to his car. I refused to call them to fix the part above bumper because the car had already been gone for 3 weeks and I was driving tiny rental 4 cylinder teenager Toyota Corolla which was embarrassing to be seen in. And the second day I had rental the tire blew up while driving and I had to call triple A and have it towed and replaced which was scary and collectively took 5 hours of my time. The car is 11 years old I get that. I would have already purchased new car but the year I have is the last year they made V8 hemi all wheel drive chargers. And my husband will not let me have hemi that isn’t all wheel drive because he says it will be too dangerous having only rear wheel drive in MN winters and I don’t want Durango or pick up truck so I’m kind of stuck with this car. So it matters to me that I am not driving around car with body damage I didn’t have before because I am a school teacher so I have to have a presentable non embarrassing car in public. And my husband said since the top part isn’t fixed it’s going to rust and look ghetto. So it sucks. This whole situation sucks and my backup camera is somehow broken now. Once I picked up car from dealer after they put new bumper on the camera no longer worked and I have no idea why? Ugh 😭 More
