TERRIBLE! Told my Jeep was done so I arrived only to see my jeep driving down the street. Service guy couldn't find it for 50 minutes. Then he said I could take it and he'd email me the paperwork. The paperwork never was sent, no receipt, etc.. I purchased a new key from Walser, but you never cut it. Worst dealership I've ever been to. My next stop is a Google review and then a Yelp review. More
