Overall the service was good, I have taken all of our purchased vehicles from Honda to your dealership. On this last service I was slightly that the service took longer than expected due to parts not bei purchased vehicles from Honda to your dealership. On this last service I was slightly that the service took longer than expected due to parts not being available and having to use a rental. I was also slightly disappointed that while the rental was free the fuel was not, and I was given a vehicle that only had a fuel economy of 20 miles per gallon. Where as my civic that was being services gets 37. The service otherwise was great. More

The Salespeople and Service people at Honda of the Avenues are all friendly and professional. My new 2026 CR-V is a good vehicle in it’s class. Am disappointed in Honda (the car manufacturer) in not Avenues are all friendly and professional. My new 2026 CR-V is a good vehicle in it’s class. Am disappointed in Honda (the car manufacturer) in not keeping their software up-to-date to allow my iPhone and Honda’s apple car play to “talk to each other”. Also disappointed in that they are not supportive of SiriusXM, so I don’t have that as an option to listen to the programming I enjoy. Please Honda, get your entertainment software programming up to date. More
