The entire dealership team went above any previous car buying experience we’ve ever had, from staying past closing, to quickly and fairly give us a quote on our trade-in, and to even reach out to another Ed Martin location to make a trade for a vehicle that we finally decided on from the Shadeland Ave inventory and bring that vehicle to us in Fishers while we began the paperwork. Never once did any member of the team act like we were putting them out, they didn't hurry us, they didn’t pressure us, be rude or condescending and truly made us feel like family or friends.
