Professional,friendly & sincere dealership. When I purchased my great car, the civic in 2009, John P. was my sales person. From the moment I entered the service bay, I was promptly greated by Mr. Randy Newton in the service department with a bright smile. Randy quickly addressed my needs for service and processed the paperwork quickly in order to bring my vehicle to the service technician for repair. I was kindly offered the waiting room and Randy expressed his understanding of my request to have my vehicle back to me repaired as soon as possible. Not long after my rest in the waiting, Randy had kindly notified myself that my vehicle was ready and walked me over to the cashier for checkout. If there was a rating for this service visit beyond a number 5, my vote would be 10. Thank you Brandfon Honda and Randy Newton for the great experience! More

Took my Accord in due to the engine check light coming on. Randy had the car in and out in a little over an hour. Turned out to be a miss-fire with nothing wrong so they re-set it for me no charge. I drove from Texas to Connecticut in the terrible July heat and felt I needed an oil change before I headed back to Texas. I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Randy in service. He took my n heat and felt I needed an oil change before I headed back to Texas. I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Randy in service. He took my name and told me to come right in, giving me good enough directions that I didn't need my GPS! When U arrived he welcomed me and told me he'd take a good look at the vehicle (2002 Honda Odyssey) along with doing the oil change. I waited for the car and in less than 45 minutes he came back to tell me the car looked good, oil change was done, etc. He teased me about being a Red Sox fan from Texas -how does that happen?! I continued on my trip and teturned to Texas with no9 problems. I really appreciated that he treated me as though I was a regular customer at his Hoinda dealership, as I'm treated her at Round Rock, TX Honda. That's great service!! Thank You very much! More

All, I have been a loyal customer of Branfon Honda for All, I have been a loyal customer of Branfon Honda for over 10 years and have purchased 4 Honda from Joan Panzo...the best. I am welcomed, as if I'm family, and treated special. Randy has always taken care of me in service and I have never had a complaint. I have 5 other newish cars, not Honda's, MB's and VW's, so I know the other dealers and such. There is always the 'this and that' , but at Branfon Honda, they are always 'straight forward and honest' ( wow... when dealing with a car salesman, this statement may surprise you). I recently traded in my older Pilot for a new one 2011, black. loaded. , got an unbelievable deal, they did all the paperwork and I rolled in one day. I must say that the pilots need Michelins to give you the best performance and handling. LOve my car, love my dealer and love the people....so call me crazy. Mike C. More
