Came in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, although I wish they still had the free snacks available. My service advisor was Randy Newton, I found him t waiting room was clean and comfortable, although I wish they still had the free snacks available. The wait time was reasonable, especially when considering it was lunch time on a weekend. More

I came into Brandfon Honda for my 5,000 oil change today and was greeted by Randy Newton, whom I found to be courteous and accomodating when he asked me the reason for my visit today. I advised him that I would wait for the oil change service to be completed and Randy said I could wait in the show room lounge and would be advised when the service was complete. In about a half hour the service was complete and Randy brought me to the cashiers office and explained the performance done and all the findings they had found on my vehicle, which by the way were all good. More

We have bought our two most recent Hondas at Brandfon, and have them had them serviced there ever since. With their excellent service, the two cars may last forever.
