Simple express service, oil change and tire rotation and balance. Service was quick. Randy friendly and informative. Cashier was friendly. Price fine. In about 8:30-8:45 am- out by 10 am. Am only a recent customer. did not buy this vehicle from Brandfon, but helped my daughter buy one from Brandfon a few months ago. That sales help was fine. So far, I'd say a 4+ rating. Not sure what "great" is, and suppose there's always room for improvement. But Brandfon has done well by me so far. More

My car required routine maintenance and Brandfon's technician discovered mechanical belts that needed to be replaced. Randy Newton, the service consultant involved, contacted me about this additional problem and then arranged a repair appointment time that fit into my work schedule. Everthing was handled very professionally. In purchasing a car it is not the price alone that matters. Excellent service is critically needed to meet the customer's long term needs. Brandfon Honda definitely takes excellent care of its customers. More

I brought my 04 Honda Pilot in for the 105K Maintenance. My service advisor was Randy Newton. He was knowledgable and very professional. Also didn't try to sell extra(not needed) services. I arrived at Brandfon Honda and Randy Newton promptly greeted me and listened to my problems and worklist for my car. My visit to Honda was easy, educational about my car, and made comfortable by the great staff at Honda. Most notably, Randy was so helpful to spend some time telling me about my car and why it's important to made comfortable by the great staff at Honda. Most notably, Randy was so helpful to spend some time telling me about my car and why it's important to pay closer attention as it approaches 7 years and 100,000 miles. He even came to talk to me during my oil change in the waiting room to explain what was found and some things that I should think about maintaining in the coming weeks and months.
