Great experience--speedy, friendly greeting at the top of the visit, first thing in the morning (7:30am). Service advisor Randy was thorough and cordial. Oil change, alignment check, an effort to fix my key remote (they replaced the battery, but it turned out that wasn't the problem, so they didn't even charge me for the battery). I rated my expirience as a great because I did not have to make an appointment for service. When I arrived at the dealership I was helped right away. I explained what I wanted done to my car and the repres to make an appointment for service. When I arrived at the dealership I was helped right away. I explained what I wanted done to my car and the representative asked me to wait. He told me the price of the services I asked for up front. While I was waiting he confirmed the car was being fixed. The wait was resonable without an appointment. He reviewed the services performed onthe car, confirmed the price being charged which was the same as he told me up front. He thanked me and I was on my way. More

I had a problem with my car again over the weekend. I drove it to Brandfon without an appointment. I was afraid to drive it any longer without being looked at to determine the problem or cause any additi drove it to Brandfon without an appointment. He immediately went to my car to listen to the problem and saw to it that my car was serviced most promptly. The problem was identified and the part replaced. Randy met me when the work was completed and explained what had been done. I left there feeling very confident that my car was fixed and I would not have to worry about driving it again. Thanks to the service department for the prompt and courteous service. Thanks to Randy Newton for the immediate attention. I highly recommend the service department at Brandfon. Thanks. More

I called and made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at the dealership (I was on time) there were several cars there for various reasons so I thought I waws going to be there a while.
