I have a 2007 honda accord ex-l with 83,000 miles that I have had serviced at branfon honda in branford ct . One the dealer has a fair price for service. Two i purchased my honda at brandfon thru the costco have had serviced at branfon honda in branford ct . One the dealer has a fair price for service. Two i purchased my honda at brandfon thru the costco program and was very satisfied with the price. I would have to say that all and all this is a good place to buy a great car. More

There are a lot of reasons why I like this place. Everybody I have dealt with, from Bob, the salesperson ( when I bought the car), Randy, the guy I always seem to connect with in service and everyone Everybody I have dealt with, from Bob, the salesperson ( when I bought the car), Randy, the guy I always seem to connect with in service and everyone else has been a total pleasure to do business with. Even the look of the place is appealing. It reminds me of the Mercedes dealership I used to know in Los Angeles where I used to wash windows when I was young. The kind of place that seems like I can't afford it...but I can! I love that there is a shuttle that will take me back and forth from home while the car is being serviced. Weeeee!!!! Gotta love that. And even before I knew about the shuttle, I would stay on the premises, connect for free to the internet and do my work. Even if you forget your laptop, they have a computer there in the waiting area you can use. There's cafe table seating, a more loungey area and also a desk if you need it. Seriously, its the most painless automotive purchase and service experience I have ever known. More

Brandfon Honda has always been very service oriented. I bought both my 2004 and 2009 from Brandfon Honda and have my cars serviced only at his dealership. They are flexible when making the appointment and bought both my 2004 and 2009 from Brandfon Honda and have my cars serviced only at his dealership. They are flexible when making the appointment and almost always do a very thorough job with repairs. Their estimates are usually accurate and they provide transportation when I leave the car. Today they checked a problem regarding a caution light on the dashboard. They determined it was an under-inflated rear tire. They took care of it on the spot "for no charge" and even washed the car through the courtesy car wash. More
