Lastly the finance department Mr Kim... was somewhat insulting when I told him I didn't need the added items services stating WOW, just Wow. Frankly Mr Kims comments will keep my from buying another vehicle from Shottenkirk. Other than that it was a solid transaction. More

Extremely unimpressed with the processing of my credit application (I was required to fill out the app twice as they said they could not find where I had done it the first time; however, it came out that application (I was required to fill out the app twice as they said they could not find where I had done it the first time; however, it came out that they were misspelling my name is why they could not locate it despite already having a copy of my license which caused my credit to be pulled two days in a row by the dealership.), sales paperwork (Which was not sent as I was told and then what was sent had excessive errors including multiple spellings of my name among other errors and had to be resent.), and overall communication (Every time I asked a question, the salesman chose to not return my calls, but instead contact my husband whose name was not on the purchase paperwork.). I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership and will advise friends to go elsewhere after the debacle of my transaction. More
