Randy the service manager has a great attitude and it seems the whole service department goes out of their way to be friendly, helpful and fair. More

Excellent service as always The rear brakes on my vehicle went from fine to grinding and not working on a Saturday morning. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was offered the option to bring in on a Saturday, and they would fit me in. They had new brakes front and back completed in a few short hours and at a MUCH lower cost than I had anticipated. Valley Service is ALWAYS a place I can count on to help when my vehicle is having issues. More

Oil Change\Engine Stall Had an odd problem, Truck would stall out on occasion, usually after fueling. Of course the truck was running fine with no trouble indicators. But the Had an odd problem, Truck would stall out on occasion, usually after fueling. Of course the truck was running fine with no trouble indicators. But the tech found fixed the problem, VERY dirty throttle body...DONE. I've never taken my GMC Sierra anywhere else in the 18 years since I bought it at Valley...and I never will...THE. BEST. More

Service Center is awesome. Trust them completely I will always go to Valley for service and to buy cars. The Service Center is awesome. They take the time to explain and to even let you know what they think the issue is when you drive your car in. The prices are always fair and the repair is always 100% correct and well done. This is why I go to Valley first to buy cars. I know that the dealership is full of integrity and expertise and will always trust them completely. I can't say enough nice things and it is a blessing to find a dealership/service department who will not take advantage of you in the Metro Area!!! The people that I dealt with and always deal with are ALL excellent. More
