Thank You... I'll be back :) Yesterday I purchased a 2016 Accent for my daughter. Randy Selph was the best car salesman I have ever had. Last weekend my daughter was looking on Yesterday I purchased a 2016 Accent for my daughter. Randy Selph was the best car salesman I have ever had. Last weekend my daughter was looking on the internet for a new car. Her Grandfather suggested to use True Car.com. Within minutes we received a call from Randy. We spoke about which car she was interested in; make, year, color. Due to living in a different county we explained that we would not be able to get to the dealership until the following weekend. On Saturday morning, we pulled up to the dealership, and the car she wanted was sitting there waiting. Once we were there we decided to just go "check out" what the car looked like in different colors. Randy took us looking at which cars they had in inventory. Ultimately, we eded up with a different color. Randy was a true professional. He wanted us to leave there happy; and we did! It was that simple: there was the initial call, we agreed on a day, and the car was waiting for us. No hassle, no drama. Hyundai of St. Augustine has earned my future business. Thank you Randy! Randy was professional, stuck to his word about everything we talked about, was prompt in returning phone calls. He did an extensive "show and tell" of my new Hyundai Tucson. Mike got the ball rolling by finding out or needs, and getting us set up in a vehicle to drive. He got a little busy so he handed us off to Randy. From there things only got better. He worked hard to get us the deal we needed, and even offered up some of his lunch to my wife. She was 7 months pregnant, so it was really appreciated. Jimmy worked on the deal for us, got us a fair price on our trade in and located and secured the vehicle we wanted at another dealer. Joe did an outstanding job for us in finance. We realized after we left that there was a Veterans rebate that we qualified for, he fixed the paperwork, and had even been able to get us a better finance rate. When we arrived to pick up our new Santa Fe the paperwork was ready, and he brought us straight in. 10 minutes later we were out to look over and learn the features of the new car. A heartfelt thank you is in order to all at Hyundai of St. Augustine. Looking forward to our next purchase experience. More
