I was assigned to another and since that person hadn't shown, Randy stepped in and took over. He communicates and does the job! We all know time is valuable and Randy seems to get that. He estimated time for service and it was right on. I also got the idea that the reviews the past history and gives lots of detail about what was and what might be needed in future. Very obviously he sees customers as people to inform and assist!! More
