Good Service Randy was very helpful. I explained to him that my steering wheel was having some shuddering when braking. He said that most likely it was my front en Randy was very helpful. I explained to him that my steering wheel was having some shuddering when braking. He said that most likely it was my front end brakes and would have mechanic look at it. He returned after about an hour and explained what was going on with my brakes. He even had a visual aid to explain exactly how worn my brake pads were. For those of us who know very little about cars, this visualization was quite helpful. More
