Impressive in every respect I have only had my vehicle serviced at this location twice but that is one more time than at the dealer where I bought it. The reason is that I have t I have only had my vehicle serviced at this location twice but that is one more time than at the dealer where I bought it. The reason is that I have travelled on many road trips so I'm not at a planned location when servicing is required. Although my vehicle is fairly new, so I haven't used too many Honda outlets, this dealership definitely stands out. From start to finish, the service was excellent. My service advisor, Randy Stiles, was great. When booking the car in, I advised him that it was probably ready for some certain maintenance items ,air filters, transmission and rear-end oil changes, etc. He advised me that these would be checked and replaced if needed. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. He had applied the coupon discounts but more importantly, he notified me that servicing was not required immediately for the extra items. Unfortunately, honesty in many businesses is sadly lacking, so I appreciated the integrity. The follow-up phone call the next day to inquire about the experience was just the icing on the cake. It certainly makes you feel as if the dealership and it's employees care. Thank you again. More

Received excellent customer service! Brooks Falzone came into the dealership on his day off to talk to the sales manager and help resolve an issue I was having. I was quite surprised tha Brooks Falzone came into the dealership on his day off to talk to the sales manager and help resolve an issue I was having. I was quite surprised that he gave up his personal time. My issue was resolved and I received excellent customer service! Had my CRV detailed while it was in the shop and my car looks (and smells brand new again). Thanks for all of your help Brooks - I really appreciate it!! Since my car was in the shop more than one day, Randy also took great care of me. More

Going the extra nile I had to have my car towed in and when I got back home I had to get a jump start on my second car. My car was repaired in one day and I left my second I had to have my car towed in and when I got back home I had to get a jump start on my second car. My car was repaired in one day and I left my second car there for some work when I picked up the first car. Randy Stiles was very efficient and kind and even came in during the morning of his day off to make sure of the shuttle arrangements for picking me up for the second car. More

Made me feel important Randy and the service Dept was swamped when my son and I pulled for servic without an appt!!! I asked to see the problem in question as Randy took me to the car bay so I could visually grasp what was transpiring.He explained in detail what was going to be done to fix the problem. More
