My experience at Henry Brown was quite unique! One that I enjoyed and definitely. will be referring and returning when I need a vehicle down the road. I plan to keep maintaining my truck there. No rushing, no games during the buying and looking process. Ranger from the sales department was welcoming when I first walked in. It was quite a warm day and I was in a rush to just look and compare to another vehicle I saw at another dealership. He took the time to answer my questions, didn't obligate me to staying to "talk numbers". He offered me water and took me to look at the vehicles I had questions about. When I left the dealership to think about it, he was polite and gave me his contact information if I had any other questions. He did answer those after I left also. When I did go back the next day, Ranger was helpful and upfront with cost and took the time to answer the same questions in comparison to another vehicle, showing patience as I was trying to make a decision. When I did and went through the purchasing process, that was painless and smooth. No games, no back and forth. They gave me a great, fair offer for my trade and the paperwork was just as smooth. Joe was upfront and went through the contract with me. To boil it down, this is the way purchasing a vehicle should be like! :-) More
