Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday on my first visit to Lou Sobh I dropped off my car for servicing in morning at 9:00 AM. My car was not even at inspection stage at 3:00. After calling multiple times I get a hang of advisor n he sent me maintenance quote at 3:36 n then he stepped away from desk again Then at 4:30 somehow I established contact again after calling multiple times at front desk n chats. I was told nothing can be done today and pickup your car at 6:00 Only 1 out of 6 items was done even though car was at the dealership all day.. 1 item was transm fluid change. I wasted all day yesterday pretty much. Hope this doesnt happen in next visit More
