I never got this satisfaction survey. - called back to the dealer 3 times. - twice car wasn't ready - 3rd time dealer lost my keys - in picking it up I never got this satisfaction survey. - called back to the dealer 3 times. - twice car wasn't ready - 3rd time dealer lost my keys - in picking it up, service agent was incredibly dismissive. He was wrong about the price of the maintenence. - my car was under warranty. - was trying to charge me over $8k - had to wait about an hour and a half. - kept telling me that I was wrong. Rashed Khan accurately calculated the amount of time everything would take. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when I mentioned him that my windows on the inside of the car had a haze everything would take. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when I mentioned him that my windows on the inside of the car had a haze on them, he made sure the windows were cleaned and the car was washed before he returned it to me.
