We were considering acquiring another brand, however decided to go back to Lexus because of Raul’s excellent service, we felt we could trust him. While we did not do all the process with him because we went back to Lexus on his day off, Raul was still very responsive and active with his text messages, helping us to work out a deal at a fast speed that was suitable for us. As important comment: Just some empty spaces in Tool box or cargo compartment, which I noticed after sale, made me think some tools are missing Reason why I had to go back to the dealership.
