After this review, despite the fact that my number is on file, i got an email from manager saying to please call to discuss as she did not have my email. So i called. Had to leave a message and to date have not received a return call. In addition to the charges more than my insurance company expected, they too were constantly calling and leaving messages and no response. I had to take pics from my phone and email what i received. Lexus was supposed to get approval for charges first, but nonetheless, without a long waited response from lexus, my insurance agreed to pay it bc i have waited long enough (over a month) for lexus to respond. I will never buy or bring a car to this dealer!!! And i was considering a trade.
I don’t have my car back yet, it’s been almost two months
and still waiting.

Thanks for your concern. However the time to complete was just one of the issues. During the last week I was told a QC check was being conducted. When I picked it up there was a scratch and a rattling noise that was later discovered to be a loose suspension issue. When I brought this to the attention of the service team, they took the car back and stated it was the fuel door. The only helpful person was Roy who provided a loaner for the 3 additional days Lexus had to keep my car to repair the scratch and suspension issues. Accurate ETC and comprehensive QC checks are major areas of concern

My Sales Rep, Mr Irv Smith was totally professional, knowledgeable about the product and verbally simplified every aspect of the purchase process. Having been a Corporate Sales Representative with Xerox as well as the Illinois State Lottery I am “always evaluating another individual who is selling as opposed to providing a committed service opportunity for the prospective buyer”! I’m a very good effective listener and if I don’t find the same skill set incorporated in the service provider’s presentation I don’t have much confidence in the person or the vendor. Mr Smith’s ability to make me feel like he had my best interest in his manners of delivery was beyond the scope of what is normally seen in the exchange during the selling transaction. In addition to the amiable interaction between the two of us on our initial meeting, Mr Smith has continued to avail himself as an asset in my overall relationship with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Another honorable mention encounter that I had during the purchase process was the interaction between me and the Finance Consultant whose name escapes my mind right now but he left a very positive impression with me when he diligently explored every option to make me comfortable with his recommendation for the financial instructions that was willing to offer me the most reasonable payment obligations. Since that time I have been fortunate to have Melissa Ho as my Service Consultant. She has been nothing less than exceptional when overseeing my service needs. Just recently I had some body work done at the Collision center and my representative there named Zoe was also outstanding in her care for the repair of my vehicle.
Lastly, when I was there a couple of days ago I had a concern about an issue that was brought to my attention when I arrived. I spoke with Jose, the service manager and Mr Smith, and I felt very confident that Lexus of Pembroke Pines lives up to the standards of care for their customers that coincides with their advertised attest
ment of being the provider of the highest level of quality that one could expect from an Auto Dealership. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!
