Very bad communication. When there is an insurance claim, they think they are doing us a favour. The estimator will speak very little, all they want is just leave the car and don't like that we ask questions they think they are doing us a favour. When the car is ready, we pay the deductible, then we just get the keys, and car is outside. There is no one there to explain. Worst worst customer service. More
