I went in to the dealership with my son to purchase his first automobile. The experience from the beginning of searching for his car too my son walking out the door with his keys was seem-less. My wife and I came onto the lot looking at Tiguans. We were there only a few minutes when Raul walked up. Walked into Jim Ellis yesterday after a bad experience at another dealership. So happy we did. My son wanted to drive a used Tiguan and we ended up purchasing! Raul Sanchez, our salesperson was not once e another dealership. So happy we did. My son wanted to drive a used Tiguan and we ended up purchasing! Raul Sanchez, our salesperson was not once ever pushy. I have to say no one that we dealt with was pushy. Raul explained all the features, made sure all our questions were answered, and all this helped us feel very confident in our purchase. Nice open, clean dealership. Loved the whole experience! Hopefully the service department will be just as nice when it’s time! Can’t say enough good things about the experience! More

Raul was very kind and willing to do whatever it took to help me get to a point I felt comfortable with in the purchasing process. Even when issues arose, he immediately corrected them and the dealership qu help me get to a point I felt comfortable with in the purchasing process. Even when issues arose, he immediately corrected them and the dealership quickly corrected all problems that came up as well. Chris from finance was also so helpful and informative especially in correcting any errors that arose. Lastly, Brittany was amazing at communicating and assisting me with service issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, great experience. More
