AMAZING SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF!!!!! I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! The entire staf I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! The entire staff if amazing. I'm always treated like family!!! Service center is not different. Rafael S. is usually my service adviser, but I have worked with Arianna and Tate and they are always on the top of their game! always greeted at my car, with a warm smile and hand shake.......and always by name!!!! thanks again Jim Ellis staff for all you do! More

Lack of communication leads to disappointment Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. F Had a concern about a warning light that essentially disabled my 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Found it to be a low amount of coolant in the reservoir. Filled is up and everything worked again. Wanted to schedule an appointment to have it checked out, using the online system. The only appointment I could scheduled was a 40,000 mile service requirement-the car only had 36,000 on it. Was not able to find my car model on the system, as it was not intuitive to me to look through the little dots as the bottom of the page. Thought the service would be about $400, but turned out to be over $800. Did not know this until I arrived at Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. This discrepancy did not seem to bother anyone-except me. No one came to keep me advised of the status of the service, although everyone else in the waiting room was visited at least once. No one at Jim Ellis seemed to be concerned until I responded to previous survey requests. Their offers to try to atone for this mix-up were miniscule and somewhat insulting. Probably going to be looking for a new location to have future service work. More

I Shopped All Over Atlanta & Chose Jim Ellis Thanks to Todd Honest, gives you all the details up front. Quick and they listen I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better finan I went in with some pretty specific numbers that worked for my budget and not only did they meet my numbers they were able to get me even better financing than the pre-approved that I came in with and rather than try to shave that off the discount they were providing they passed that along to the numbers they had already beat. I was really expecting it to be a short visit but they listened, acted and we "got the deal done" and went home the same day with my new car. Have dealt with the Jim Ellis auto group with my Audi and my experience today shows that was not an isolated "great" dealership but that it is a culture at all Jim Ellis dealers. More
