Very good, not so good I was very pleased, except they lowballed me on the estimate of my Traverse trade in value by about $2,000 initially. I also wonder what they are doing to my poor ex salesman, who did not get involved. They are obviously trying to squeeze him out of there. He looks like he is stressed to the max and it is affecting his health. Seems like a much more cutthroat place to work now. However, they had me cash the check at their bank, the bank employee was very patient, it probably took her 2 hours to work through all the questions the dealer set up to allow a check cashing. So, that was a great thing. So, good and bad. More

Never judge a book by its cover When I walked into the dealership and approach the front desk the young lady asked could she help me. I told her that I was there to see a corvette. When I walked into the dealership and approach the front desk the young lady asked could she help me. I told her that I was there to see a corvette. She called the guy my appointment was with and he said he was with another customer to patch me out to someone else. There was a salesman at the desk an she asked if he would help me and said he was busy. Then she asked Raul who was just walking by if he could help me and he said yes. When we returned from the test drive the gentleman that was at the desk was sitting outside waiting on anote customer to come in. I guess because I was black he figured I was not going to buy one. Needless to say I did. Thanks Raul and the finance and general manager. More
