I am very happy that I did the salesman was exc After previously visiting other Acura dealerships a friend suggested visiting Key Acura of Portsmouth. I am very happy that I did the salesman was excellent. All of the folks that I dealt with were friendly and very knowledgeable in their job. I feel that I received excellent customer care and a nice new SUV for the right price. If service is a good as sales I will be going to Ky for a long time. I would definitely recommend Key to anyone interested in buying or leasing an Acura. There is no pressure just good old fashion customer service by a very friendly crew. More

recall service for taillight My most recent visit was quite satisfactory. I had reserved a loaner which was presented upon arrival. I used it to go to a doctor’s appointment and My most recent visit was quite satisfactory. I had reserved a loaner which was presented upon arrival. I used it to go to a doctor’s appointment and my car was ready in 1.5 hours. I received a complimentary car wash and vacuum which is always appreciated. The loaner was new with only 1800 miles and the same model MDX. I was given a check list of what was in good shape (tires, brakes, etc.) and what should be attended to next service. (cabin and engine filters). I live about 70 miles away and have been using a repair shop in Wolfeboro recently. I am considering renewing my relationship with this dealer. More

When in for service instead bought a new car. We went in for service to have a recall issue addressed on our car, and Acura MDX 2011. The staff was friendly and courteous in the service departmen We went in for service to have a recall issue addressed on our car, and Acura MDX 2011. The staff was friendly and courteous in the service department and offered for us to go wait in the waiting area which is out front. While out there we met one of the salesman and the sales manager and decided to take a walk through the lot. Found a car that we loved We took it for a test ride and ended out working a great deal with the salesman and the sales manager. One that was good for both parties. They wanted to finish a thorough cleaning and preparation of the car for us. So we ended up leaving without it, and they had a driver bring it to our house in Harrison an hour and a half away. That was the most awesome thing going. All of our staff was knowledgeable and courteous which helped in the decision making process to buy a car at Key Acura of Portsmouth. It was a great experience. More

Long delay in finalizing my bill paperwork. I was told that I was told at the navigation system update which I Purchased from Acura could be installed when I left the car for service. When I returned the sales I was told at the navigation system update which I Purchased from Acura could be installed when I left the car for service. When I returned the sales representative told me that they do not install this thing because dealership did not sell the navigation update product to me. My question is as an Acura dealer why do they not assist the customers with Acura products and parts? More
