Very disappointing experience after investing a lot of my own personal hours, as I trusted their team. Will not do business with this dealership in the future and would not recommend. Spent many hours working with Sales rep and a manager, and took a half day off to drive in and get an estimate on my trade in. What they offered as $4,000 trade in became $2,800 three weeks later (with various excuses as to why) when my White RDX was delivered and ready for purchase. The $1,200 may not be much on the scheme of things, but not trustworthy business ethics. Very unfortunate as I’m a very trustworthy, loyal customer. More

I called on Sunday, worked the entire deal out with the GM over the phone, and picked my car up on Monday afternoon. The whole interaction was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealersh GM over the phone, and picked my car up on Monday afternoon. I was energized instead of exhausted by this process. Who can say that for car shopping?! I'm still in shock that this all happened so quickly.
