I walked into VW on Irving park, Chicago, with my mind set on wanting a 3rd row. Mostly the Tiguan. However after much consideration, research, test drives and much help from Ray, I Decided on an atlas in set on wanting a 3rd row. Mostly the Tiguan. However after much consideration, research, test drives and much help from Ray, I Decided on an atlas instead. Ray went above and beyond with test driving all the vehicles necessary, making sure I get accepted, but more importantly he wanted me to drive out loving the vehicle, and he did just that. What started out as potentially a rocky start to the negotiations ended in a great in person experience in picking up my new vehicle from out of state. The first price proposed to me was higher than exp negotiations ended in a great in person experience in picking up my new vehicle from out of state. The first price proposed to me was higher than expected even though they had the best deal in the midwest on what I was looking for. A few days later Ray emailed and said the price would be dropping the next day, to a level I was very comfortable with. I drove from Detroit to Chicago to pick up the car the next day and Eddy was very pleasant and knowledgeable to help with the purchase. No surprises when I got there and the whole transaction was very quick. More
