My Wife and I Recently visited City VW to Purchase a Certified Pre-owned 2020 Tiguan SE R-Line, the Tiguan Was pristine and certified. (Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles go through a very thorough detailed inspection to make sure they are up to the best standards as if they were new.) Lazaro and Laura helped us really lock in on the perfect Tiguan as it came with every option we desired. Test drive was nice and comfortable, with a very clean interior. there was no pressure or rush during the process which was very welcoming. Once we were finalizing the paper work we spoke with Alex in Finance who was very professional but also very funny. After we explored our options for added protection and service plans for peace of mind we were able to Take our new addition home. As a first time dealer purchase I could have not been happier and relaxed. Thank you City VW for a great first impression and a Beautiful new truck! More

My experience with City Volkswagon waas to sell my car and Lazaro was excellent. Starting from a first text message to finishing the deal, Lazaro was kind, resourceful and respectful.
