My experience was perfect, except when I picked up my car there was a new ding in the front portion of the hood. It totally ticked me off. Toyota must fix that. I was exhausted after about for hours in the dealership. I am expecting an ethical response to this. I own two other Toyota’s andd a third was totally in 2017. My sales and finance person were great.
