As a new owner there is not much I can say about the difference betweem Sloane and other dealerships. Of note, however, is the expediency of the transaction. It was clear that the Sloane team did not want to waste my time during the buying process. I credit Saymon Ahmed with making the process amicable and enjoyable from start to finish. Saymon’s accomodating and engageing personality was matched only by his genuine dedication to my family’s care and comfort. We all remarked how touched we were by Saymon’s gregariousness and energetic attention to detail. I thank Saymon for working tirelessly to soothe any anxieties we felt along the way, and would ask that management note Saymon’s excellent standard as one for all members of the Sloane team to strive towards. If there were a minor hiccup in the process, I felt it came in a lapse in communication between the sales management and those responsible for the vehicle’s care prior to my purchase. Though I would recommend Sloane to a friend, I would also communicate the dubious feelings Sloane’s sales management left me with after I purchased my vehicle. Fortunately, Sloane’s sales personnel far exceeded my expectations, and that is the primary factor coloring my purchase experience. I cannot make it clear enough how touched I was by Saymon’s interpersonal skills and his authentic care for my comfort. If I were to recommend Sloane to a friend five years down the line, I would hope to be able to advise them to ask for Saymon. At whichever stage in the sale he oversees, I know he would lend them confidence. More

If he us able to do what he did for me and make me feel the way I did for every customer than he truly has an amazing gift. The entire process was effortless for him all the while any nervousness I had just disappeared. Even Al in finance made you feel as though you'd been friends for years. I've never experienced anything like it. Just to note I even had what I would think was a major problem from start to finish service, to the buying process all over again. I was expecting a cold shoulder or something . Nope! Just the same concerned ,caring ,helpful friendly attitude . Now I have a car I absolutely love at a price I can afford and a dealership for life. Theres no place better and nowhere I would recommend to anyone who will listen. More
