They promised that they would give me more trade-in value if warning lights go away but they backed out after I got it fixed!!! Don’t make promise if you can't keep them. A Happy CR-V Owner The Piazza Honda of Springfield won my business. I had gone to a couple other dealerships and was not as pleased with the customer service or pricing. The Piazza Honda of Springfield won my business. I had gone to a couple other dealerships and was not as pleased with the customer service or pricing. Jim Helmig gave me an excellent test drive and thorough explanation of how my 2019 CR-V works. I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase as a result. Ray Mancini, the General Manager, is a fellow parishioner at Simon & Jude and included an ad in the parish bulletin that caught my eye. The process is long for purchasing a car but worthwhile in the end. Thank you! More
