Could have had a car serviced the week before, but without fail your people pressure into getting new tires, brakes etc. Only took a car in this week because of your repeated efforts to get recall work done. Without fail, you attempted to convince my wife she needed over $500 of work done. Not only will we never visit your service again, we'll never buy a car from you and will actively tell everyone we know not to use your dealership. You are not trustworthy or ethical, and people like you are what give car dealerships such a horrible reputation. We will use people that are honest and work in our interest. I can't express strongly enough what a negative experience it is having to deal with your company. More

Guess who pulled thru to give me exactly what I wanted, needed and loved: Top of the line trim civic touring in bright red, so bright you can see me 10 blocks away lol I recommend everyone to come here, they are reliable and when sometime is wrong they will go out of their way to help you. “They”- as in the mechanics there as well too. After 10 years of association with this dealer and always being happy with their service and body shop, I can not in good conscious continue to give Piazzi Honda my business. Its very insulting to treat a long time loyal customer like this. Too many other dealers to choose from. More
