Could have had a car serviced the week before, but without fail your people pressure into getting new tires, brakes etc. Only took a car in this week because of your repeated efforts to get recall work done. Without fail, you attempted to convince my wife she needed over $500 of work done. Not only will we never visit your service again, we'll never buy a car from you and will actively tell everyone we know not to use your dealership. You are not trustworthy or ethical, and people like you are what give car dealerships such a horrible reputation. We will use people that are honest and work in our interest. I can't express strongly enough what a negative experience it is having to deal with your company. More
