We have been long-time Honda owners but have always purchased new vehicles. We also always went to another central Ohio Honda dealership but after a miserable experience on Saturday with an insulting salesman, we decided to give Roush Honda a try. We are so grateful we did! What a different experience. I didn't realize how much better the experience could be since the last 20 years I had just accepted it as a necessary evil that we had to go through every few years. But this was different. There were no sales tactics, no condescending responses to my direct questions and everything was transparent from price, financing and even service/protection options. I don't know if the difference is in the training or because Roush is an Employee Owned Company but whatever it is, it was exceptional! My thanks to Mike Dunlap, Ray Moore and Seth Kabor for showing us respect, giving us a great deal and making us laugh along the way! We are now going to be loyal Roush Honda customers and I'm sorry I didn't give them a chance before this. Thank you. More
