Well almost never, but when mine was ready to retire, I felt like I came to the right place here at Roush. I recalled the great, flexible service hours, professional service technicians, the rentals, the conpmfort of the waiting rooms. The folks here are so nice and they truly do appreciate your business and earn your trust because they are company owners! Great experience...I dreaded buying and deciding but he made it so easy. Great Job Ray Moore Inquired about a vehicle online and there was a quick response stating that the vehicle was still there. Set up a time frame to come in and look at the vehicle. Sales guy Ray Moore had the vehicle ready and took time to explain the different features of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and came back in to talk about price. I explained to Mr. Moore that unless he was offering it for free that we would need to go home pray about the purchase and make sure it fit with the budget. Mr. Moore understood and never pressured to purchase the vehicle. We told him we would have an answer by the morning and he placed a hold on the vehicle so no one else could test drive it until we gave him an answer. Mr. Moore actually cared about what was best for our family and we never felt pressured. When it comes to making big purchases and big part of our decision is Customer Service. If i feel pressured or the sales person keeps trying to get us to purchase the day of, then i go somewhere else. I plan on coming back to Roush Honda for our next vehicle and sending others there as well . Great Job :) More

Excellent customer service that keeps getting better! We needed a car and we had come in from out of town to purchase one. We had just a few days to get this accomplished. Ray Moore made sure he understood what we were looking for and guided us to his very best selections in our price range. While servicing and detailing had to be done on our final selection, Ray continuously followed up on progress and reported back as he knew we were under time constraints. We love our 2010 Crosstour and the luxury features it provides. Thank you, Ray, for matching us with the perfect car at the perfect price for our current needs. Ray also just called me the other day to let me know he tracked down a second key fob. That is great news as I was told programming another one would cost over $200. Ray is definitely our Go-To guy for all our future car needs! More
