Great Salesman, Dissapointing Finance team I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a week ago. This is an out of state dealer so I had to drive a bit to get there. Over the phone the I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a week ago. This is an out of state dealer so I had to drive a bit to get there. Over the phone the Ray was very helpful on the price and condition of the vehicle. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with this and one other vehicle we were interested in looking at. Even sending better pics and taking one car back to detail, so I wouldn't waste a drive. The sales team was great. The finance team on the other hand I was disappointed by. I had an issues with state taxes being added in to my loan. When I called on the subject Tim said he should be able to get it worked out and mail me the paperwork to sign. The very next day I received an email stating while he could make my request happen, his boss "J" told him that the paperwork could not be mailed. That I would have to drive back to the dealership 2 1/2 hrs away to fix the issue. This is unacceptable, when one person, a representative of an establishment says they can do something, then that should be it. Customers shouldn't receive anything other than what was told to them. More

This dealership was our favorite due to great customer service and salesmen. We returned to Roush after a horrible experience with another dealership (read Hinderer Honda review!) and bought a CRV. The salesman, Ray Moore worked with me through email for a few days and sent me new postings on CRVs as they came in. The first time we went into the dealership, Jim helped us. It was raining and he drove the CRVs he felt we would like into the garage so we could view them. This dealership answered all questions that we had and did not try to push us into buying before we were ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when we are ready to purchase again.....it will be from Roush! More

I was looking for an Accord with certain characteristics and even a certain color, and he looked and looked and found one for me! He never tried to talk me into another year, or model, or color. He wanted to find what I was after. The first time he found the "ideal car" I was suddenly called out of town for a family emergency. When I returned a few weeks later, Ray was glad to see me, asked how things were for my family, and was happy to start searching again, at my request. And he found the perfect car! I drove it home a few days ago, and I love it! I would definitely recommend Ray and the whole Roush dealership. They do their best to meet the customer's expectations. And they succeed! More

Roush is always my first stop when car shopping. I first tried Roush Honda almost 30 years ago and that is the only place I've bought cars since. All of the employees I have encountered have always been very responsive to my needs and extremely easy to work with. I usually deal with Richard Beard and I have complete trust and confidence in our dealings. It has always been like working with a close friend. Recently my wife totaled her CRV and we found one on line that I knew would not last long so we immediately went to Roush. Rich happened to not be working that day so we dealt with another salesman named Ray Moore. There was no surprise that dealing with him was no different from dealing with Rich. The transaction was completed and we received the car the next day. He even took care of calling the car rental company and returning our rental car. I have always recommended Roush and some people "price shop" and go somewhere else. The service during and after the sale is well worth any slight price difference and everyone I have sent to Roush agrees. More

Great Dealership! I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord from Roush about 5 days ago. This being the first time I bought a car on my own, they couldn't have made this process any easier. My salesman, Ray Moore, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory and about the buying process. My finance person, Christina Baird, was very helpful as well. I also had a little electrical issue with one of the door locks and even though the vehicle was "As-Is' when I bought it, Roush still covered the expense for me to get it fixed. Overall a very pleasant experience. No games, no hassle. I will definitely be back for my next purchase! More
