Once we decided on the Pilot we moved to used car sales with Angel Milanov who was fantastic. Angel was busy (because he is awesome at what he does) and never made us feel like he had other customers because he juggled it like a pro! No pressure at all, he was happy to help us check out the Pilots on the lot and get the test drives going. He did not make us feel rushed or anything but very comfortable there at Roush. So glad to have purchased a Roush Honda Pilot and looking forward to many years in it! Cannot be any happier with the ease of purchase with Angel, Ben, and Ray. Thank you all!!!! More

Great experience as always I'm a return buyer for a lot of good reasons. Roush Honda has built up trust with me over multiple visits which is why I keep coming back. Rather than trying to make a sale in the now like most dealerships, this one seems to want to retain their customers. Two years ago, my cousin was paralyzed from the neck down in an automobile accident in Connecticut and nearly died. I brought my previous Honda in for service at that same time as I was trying to get to CT to visit him in the ICU. But my Accord required some significant service that was going to take some time. The service department allowed me to drive my loaner CRV to CT and did not charge the mileage for me to get there. They went above and beyond and seemed genuinely concerned about my personal situation. It was a big deal and you could say that they sold me this CRV two years ago. I wasn't financially ready at that point, but I didn't forget about that and Roush was my first stop to make my purchase. Angel Milanov was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get my payment where I needed it. He didn't disappoint and is another example of why I will return to Roush when it's time to trade this one in. More
