So, let’s just say that the initial plan was to purchase an Odyssey and Ray was great on finding exactly what we wanted. Over the next 48hrs we had a change of heart and ended up with a Civic. All in all Ray was helpful putting us in touch with the right people even though we contacted him while he was gone from the property. Never once did they (Ray and the whole Roush Honda team) bat an eye at our needs or requests. In the end we got what was best for our family and they have made permanent A growing family of 5 a permanent Roush family. More

Flexible and Easy to work with My husband and I were looking for the best financing option available. We initially were going to go with the dealer but the rate did not work for us My husband and I were looking for the best financing option available. We initially were going to go with the dealer but the rate did not work for us. So we changed our mind and decided to go through our bank who had a better rate but did not finance the entire loan amount. On the day we were going to purchase the car, we chose to try one more thing and that was to go through the dealer who managed to get us a decent loan rate for the term we were looking for at the last minute. A huge thank you to Ray Moore (salesman) and Tim Senek (business manager) for being so flexible and easy to work with in a short time frame.
