Within hours he provided me with several options for my consideration by email, non of which were more than what I asked for. No pressure at all to stretch beyond my original purchasing goals. We very soon followed with a visit to the showroom where we met Ray in person. He was more than ready for us and had a few cars waiting for us to test drive, all of which we had already indicated interest in from our on-line meeting. In addition, Ray showed us a new option that proved to be even more to our liking without pushing us beyond our agreed upon price goals. The result was that we left Roush having purchased a wonderful car at a price we truly believed was fair right from the start. No negotiation necessary! No hard sell for upgrades or extended warranties. A truly wonderful experience that we will certainly repeat as new Roush customers. More
