The initial check-in was great as was the video walking me through the initial inspection. It took quite awhile from when I got the video to when I was given the estimate to sign off on the work to be don me through the initial inspection. I was also disappointed that there were not many outlets for me to plug in my laptop to be able to work while I waited. More
