Honest folks Chet was patient and found me and my family what we needed. He did not pressure us at all. Ray was very professional and through with the numbers. Ray even emptied a paper box for me so I could pack up my old car. Only critiques: snack/soft drink machine in the sales center and some branded bags for customers to clean out cars. I felt bad asking for a box. Only negative thing: the one stow and go seat did not work properly. The sales guy told me I could bring it in and get it fixed. It seemed silly they just didn't fix it before I bought it. Now I have to come back and wait in service. Overall I definitely recommend this delearship and Chet and Ray specifically. More

The Jeep I purchased was flawless, cleaned to perfection, new inspection sticker for 8/19 ( before I purchased it, it had a 7/2019 sticker), got the oil changed, and he gave me a full tank of gas. Ray really went above and beyond for me. He has such a relaxed demeanor and he’s so genuine. Definitely my go to guy for a good Jeep deal. Whitten brothers has made my first car purchase a breeze and I’m so lucky I had Ray! I have a beautiful 2013 grand Cherokee overland and I’m thrilled! Excellent Customer Service I have to say Ray Waters was an excellent salesman and a very patient one. I picked out a truck I liked and we test drove it and came back to dealersh I have to say Ray Waters was an excellent salesman and a very patient one. I picked out a truck I liked and we test drove it and came back to dealership and Ray filled out all the paperwork and then I seen another truck on the lot that I liked better so he had to re-do all the paperwork. He worked late into the evening hours with my wife and I and didn't mind at all. He said to me as long as you all are happy with the truck I will stay here all night and do what ever it takes. After we signed all the paperwork he took us out to the truck and demonstrated everything on the truck for us. I would recommend Whitten Brothers to anyone. It was a great experience, had a great salesman, and great customer service. Thanks again Ray for putting us in a very nice truck. More
