The dealership even helped to remind me I had purchased gap insurance on my last car, which I had totally forgotten - best news I had gotten that day! Ray was great when showing us the car and very patient with all of our questions, very honest and even tolerant of my interesting driving technique. The actually purchasing process was also simple and painless. Usually car shopping is a horrible experience but this was painless and as pleasant as can be. They were very responsive to all my requests and worked around my schedule, which was important since I live over 600 miles away. They worked with my finance company to complete the transaction in a timely manner. I mentioned that I would be taking a flight and they offered to pick me up at the airport. The hardest part of the entire transaction was dealing directly with my own insurance company. Mr. Waters and Mr. Hicks made buying a vehicle a great experience. Was waiting to be bombarded by salesman, but the complete opposite. Ray Waters stepped out and asked how my day was and if he could assist me with anything. I picked out my future ride and got to test drive it and Ray was so knowledgeable of his units. No pressure from him throughout and I asked to start the paperwork. I traded my Tundra for a very fair price and was given a wonderful buying experience throughout the process. I have shopped at many dealerships for 36 yrs and I have to say that Whitten Bros hands down has perfected how to make car buying experience so relaxed. Those guys ROCK!!! More
