The service advisers always go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. Unfortunately, the service department damaged my center cap during a tire repair, but Rayann got another ordered and even deliv the customer's needs. I was presented with a dealership made window sticker, and paid over $10,000 more than the vehicle was advertised for online. I didn't see the online address, until we had already bought the vehicle at th and paid over $10,000 more than the vehicle was advertised for online. I didn't see the online address, until we had already bought the vehicle at the price that the dealership priced it to me for. I still have the screenshot of that online add, where my vehicle was advertised for the much cheaper price. I guess that's partly my fault for not doing my research, but I am a loyal ford customer, and trust, a little too much sometimes. I received a few calls, after the purchase, asking about my experience, but nobody seemed to care much, about what I had to tell them. More
