Well I went here for an oil change and they showed me this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I sai this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I said no. Upon checking out and leaving the service area I.checked my receipt and they said I have an oil leak. The service rep never mentioned that and I was a little baffled since my car does not have oil spots anywhere I park after I went home and checked.
