For a 14. 99 oil change, I ended up spending 120 on lug nuts that I probably didn't need. Since we replaced them less then a year ago. Then was told there was a 99 oil change, I ended up spending 120 on lug nuts that I probably didn't need. Since we replaced them less then a year ago. Then was told there was a 3% charge for using my charge card. The free car wash was worth nothing. It was just about as bad as before it was washed. More

I have been to this dealer multiple times for repairs and for service for my Ford Escape! Well I went here for an oil change and they showed me this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I sai this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep asked me if I wanted to have my filters replaced and I said no. Upon checking out and leaving the service area I.checked my receipt and they said I have an oil leak. The service rep never mentioned that and I was a little baffled since my car does not have oil spots anywhere I park after I went home and checked. So I’m just a little curious on how this was even an issue? More
