Service is ehh. Techs absolutely suck. Took my car in because the headliner was leaking water they had my car at that point 2 1/2 weeks. Finally they called for me t Techs absolutely suck. Took my car in because the headliner was leaking water they had my car at that point 2 1/2 weeks. Finally they called for me to come pick my car up… get there transfer all my car seats as I have 4 children in car seats then upon further investigation my rear air vent wasn’t put in my car was missing a light in the ceiling and the drain hose was running through the very back window and my headliner wasn’t all the way out in, also now all of a sudden my driver seatbelt will not retract. So back in the shop it goes. Another 2 weeks for them to fix everything and I am promised a full detail of my vehicle when I get there to pick it up it’s only has a service wash. So a week later I get the “full detail” and it was horrible. Needless to say I will never recommend ford of port richey to anyone. More
