Rayann is very friendly when offering additional services, but is hugely respectful when the offer is declined and does not try to force the sale. Everybody at the service center is always kind as courteous. Everybody's very knowledgeable and I had my car in for a transmission repair for the second time as it did not get fixed the first time ho courteous. Everybody's very knowledgeable and I had my car in for a transmission repair for the second time as it did not get fixed the first time however I will tell you that they sure made up for that this time! I didn't think my car would make it another year. It was driving so poorly and performing so bad. I couldn't believe that rebuilding a transmission from the ground up would make that much of a difference but I feel like I'm driving a brand new car.
