Always assured us that he was there to help us in any way he could. He knew all about the Q50 we were looking at and explained it in detail. It took us several months to make up our minds and no matter how many times we called Mike back he always took the time to take our calls and help us. Even when we just wanted to look at the cars again, Mike took the time and was always pleasant and professional. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and helpful!!
