I received a good purchase price on my new civic but little disappointed on my trade in offer for my vehicle. And the only reason im sayinv this is because I got below kbb instant cash offer which this dealer goes buy and saw my old car on there web site forsale a day later for$4,000 above what I recieved for my trade Thats the only reason I didnt give this a 5 star rating. More

Very pleasurable new car buying experience. Went car shopping for the purpose of 'just looking'. My wife and I were looking for an SUV and had several makes in mind including the Pilot. Andre Went car shopping for the purpose of 'just looking'. My wife and I were looking for an SUV and had several makes in mind including the Pilot. Andres met us in the lot and showed us your inventory of Pilots and vans. He explained the choice of options for both models. We were able to look inside both. Since I was currently a van owner (Odyssey - 14 years) and Ford Windstar for 8), I was not completely sold on a SUV. We asked Andres to evaluate our current van as to it's trade-in-value. He was able to show us some comparison with another make of SUV we had in mind. We decided on a van and from there it was a matter of making a deal. Although not a fan of dealing, we thought you were fair and did make some changes to make it happen. We liked the interest rate we were able to get. Raymond was very friendly and knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. Andres patiently showed us some of the dashboard options before we drove away. We drove away satisfied without the feeling of 'did we get a good deal?'. If this car is dependable as our last Odyssey, we plan on having it a long time. My wife can get her SUV when we replace her Fusion in the future. Although no big deal, we wish you had more colors to pick from in your inventory. If and when we need service, I hope that experience is as pleasurable as well. More

Scott Wendling and Ray Furslew are the best! They really go above and beyond. They helped my husband and I get into a lease that we did not think would be possible. Scott and Ray worked their "tails" off to help us secure a monthly payment that suited our needs. And also, we cannot forget to mention Mike Lyttle who also helped us out in a huge way! He too, went above and beyond to help us secure a great lease. We also ran into Pat Connelly while we were here. He has helped us in the past, and he is great too! Its nice to see familiar faces. We cannot ask for better service. Kay Honda is the best! Its not everyday that you find so many people in one place who are so helpful. And genuinely want to help.
