He kept me informed of everything that I needed to do since I was from out of state. The day I picked up my used car, I was surprised that It had a full tank of gas (I had bought vehicles from a Subaru dealer and another Toyota dealer in my area and they never filled up the tank because they were used vehicles). Then dealing with the Finance manager Kasey Curran, I just want to say THANK YOU for your honesty and your inclination to help me with the Toyota extended warranty in the car that I was replacing.
