When I walked in Juanna Torres greeted me. I asked to see a salesman. She asked me "will a saleswoman do?" Right then I knew Juanna Torres would sell me a vehicle. Throughout each of several sessions,in person and/or over the phone, Juana Torres shined with knowledge,genuine empathy,and dedication to assisting me to get what I wanted and needed as I had a Greentree 2021 Toyota provided by auto body service. Now,I can continue to have my certified vehicle serviced by Greentree. My previous Toyota was serviced there for 13 years. I am confident as well as at peace knowing I will receive excellent service for years to come. The sales team,especially Carlos Rocha,whom I got to speak with as he passed to his desk,like Juanna,has superior "people skills". They are skilled in finding "common ground". Jose Cordero proved to possess excellent "people skills" in relating as he provided paperwork for signing. Extremely efficient. Down to earth,realistic,reasonable suggestions made to me. I thanked Jose Cordero for professionally recommending additional drive train coverage which I gladly accepted. I explained to Jose Cordero that when a professional makes a recommendation,I listen and take seriously such advice. I did what the professional recommended and advised. Again,more peace of mind!
